Sebastian is the Creative & Executive Director of Dacian Wolf Productions, a multimedia development and production company. He is a former Lecturing Professor of Acting and Movement at Pace University, NYC, and holds a BFA in Dance & Theater, an MBA in Accounting, and a MA in Statecraft and National Security Affairs. Sebastian also served as the Director of IWP Media, the multimedia development, production,  and distribution wing of the Institute of World Politics in Washington DC. He started his arts career as a modern dancer with Pilobolus Dance Theater, as well as a choreographer.

ABOUT ME

I’m a creator, strategist, and educator working at the intersection of story, leadership, and human connection. Through my companies —Dacian Wolf Productions and SANS-US — I develop narrative projects and educational platforms that equip people to see more clearly, act more wisely, and lead with integrity.

My background is an unusual mix: trained as a dancer and actor, educated in business, statecraft, and national security, and shaped by years of teaching acting and building media platforms. I’ve coached performers, advised institutions, produced media projects, and taught future strategists how to think — and feel — more deeply about their role in the world.

I believe stories are systems. And I believe strategy is human. When the two align, we don’t just inform — we transform. That’s the heart of what I try to build in everything I do.
